My flagship service is for those who are ready to go all in and commit to transforming their business. This programme is for you if you want to be fully supported whilst growing your business. The programme is designed around you and your business, so it looks different for everyone. It’s not a one size fits all approach. Work with me over 4, 6 or 12 months at a pace that suits you. You can think of me as part of your team for the duration of our partnership.

You’ll leave this partnership with your business foundations in place, a clear strategy and the confidence and skill to create the business you want. You will have taken a series of steps towards achieving your goals and you will leave with a detailed 90 day plan to ensure future success. I aim to help you reach your goals in a more time efficient way and in a way you enjoy.

How it works:

- A 30-minute chemistry call to understand what you need and to confirm I’m able to help you as well as ensuring we’re a good fit (this is on me)

- We start with a 90-minute planning call. We’ll use this session to plan the programme, define goals, create a business roadmap and agree how we focus our time across the various foundations of business. This is tailored to your needs whatever stage your business is at.

- A series of 60-minute focused sessions (e.g. commercial strategy, creating an irresistible offer, structuring sales calls, creating a content strategy that delivers clients, planning and much more)

- Additional Monthly check-in and accountability calls, to resolve issues and answer questions that arise (45 mins via zoom)

- Email support and feedback for the duration of the programme.

- Workbooks and suggested reading to further support your goals and learning and guide your preparation for the sessions.

Your investment:
The frequency and duration of my 1-1 coaching partnerships are designed around you, your business, and your budget so my pricing isn’t fixed for this service. However to give you an idea of budget the investment for a 4 month programme starts at £1500 and £2500 for 6 months.


Group Pods (Up to 8 Coaches)

This programme is for Coaches in the early stages of setting up their businesses or for those further in who want to get back to basics and reset.

What's included:

- 6 month programme delivered over zoom

- Onboarding, group introductions and the opportunity to scope some of the programme content within the group. Introduction session included.

- Monthly 2.5 hour group mentoring sessions which will focus on the programmes core topics, questions, mentor coaching and supervision, and group selected topics (Core Topic Examples: Commercial models, Creating an irresistible offer, Building your Personal Brand, Structuring sales calls and chemistry meetings, key marketing channels, creating a content strategy, strategic planning, pricing models and much more)

- Workbooks and tasks to further support your goals, learning and guide your preparation for the sessions.

- A WhatsApp group to ask questions, share updates and celebrate success.

- 1-1 feedback opportunities via email
